Accommodations and Rates
Our 31 room resort comprises a combination of 5 economy rooms, 18 suites, 2 one bedroom villas and 3 two bedroom villas.All rooms come equipped with a queen size bed, air condition, ceiling fan, cable television, and personal bath. Our suites have an additional living room and balcony and our villas are inclusive of kitchenette facilities.
Nightly rates are quoted in US dollars and are effective until December 2010.

Additions
Both our suites and the one bedroom villa can sleep a total of three people. The cost for an extra bed in each room is $26.00 Per night.
Our Two bedroom villas can sleep a total of 5 people. The cost for an extra bed for the 5th person is $26.00 Per night.
We offer our delicious continental breakfast for a nominal charge of US$8 per person per day.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
NOTE: Room rates are for rooms only and are not inclusive of meals. Meals can be purchased in our dining room at an additional cost.
CHILDREN POLICY: Children eleven and under (11) stay for free with one or two paying adults, maximum of two children per room.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Reservations are confirmed with a 50% deposit, if cancellation is inevitable the following applies:
- 30 Days and above Prior to arrival: refund less admin cost.
- Inside 15-30 days: Deposit Non-refundable.
- 15 days or less prior to Arrival or NO SHOW: NO refund
IMPORTANT: A reservation will not be considered cancelled until a cancellation number has been given by one of our agents.
